- Fieldwork for data & biospecimen collection
- Molecular genetics laboratory work
- Data management, Biostatistical & computational genomics work
Capabilities
With
its domain-specific highly skilled manpower, CpG is simultaneously carrying
out large-scale field studies involving the recruitment – with informed consent
– of thousands of people for collection of phenotype and other data and biospecimens
(blood, saliva, etc.), and using cutting edge technology for various biological
assays including large-scale, high-throughput DNA resequencing and genotyping,
protein expression and clinical biochemistry. Management and analyses of the huge-volume
complex data are carried out using high-end computers, and efficient bioinformatic
and statistical methods.
